Who is the developer of Océane?
Kingsley Living, the developer of Océane has a long history of involvement in master-planned communities, whose founder Kingsley Andrew, has spent 17 years as a Senior Executive with Stockland – Australia’s largest residential community developer.
When will Océane’s development commence?
The Project has been granted planning approval for its first stages. On site construction of Océane has now commenced.
When will Océane’s first allotments be available for people to start building?
Civil construction for Océane’s River Close stage commenced in August 2024. The forecast completion date for this stage is March 2025.
What size will Océane’s allotments be?
The project comprises a mix of allotments with frontages ranging from 10.5 – 18.0 metres with a typical depth of 30-32m. There will be larger premium allotments that have an outlook to the Hindmarsh River or South toward the Ocean.
What is Océane’s pricing expected to be?
Océane has a wide range of allotment types that overlook the hills of the Southern Fleurieu, the ocean and Hindmarsh River. Our first stage river precinct release will be priced between $279,000 – $384,000.
How do I buy an allotment at Océane?
Simply go to our registration page and enter your details, our friendly sales team will arrange for an inspection and provide you with all the information you need. Our on-site sales and information centre will be opening in 2025.

Yes. Océane’s architecturally inspired Design Guidelines will ensure a high standard of homes are delivered, protecting every Océane resident’s investment. We will also have a range of 2025 designer homes with the latest floor plans and finishes from some of Adelaide’s and the region’s best builders.
What experiences will the Océane community have?
Océane is a master planned community; its village heart will offer a range of globally inspired experiences. The final offerings will be subject to market demand however Kingsley Andrew’s vision includes a European-inspired Providore, boutique Micro Brewery, Café, Wellness Precinct and Retail Outlets.
In addition, the Community will include a community services precinct located on Welch Rd adjacent the entry. This precinct is expected to include convenience retail, medical, childcare, gym, veterinary clinic.
